文件取代、附加、翻譯

3. 指示：
   對於 XDS Document Source 和 Integrated Document Source/Repository Lifecyle 選項被分為 document Replace、 document Addendum 和 document Transformation。
   這個測試 Document Source 支援一到多個選項。 在這測試 Repository 是一個選項角色，因為它需要幫助這個測試，但不會評估 Repository 的功能。

4. 描述：
   這個測試之前，要先使用 HIMSS Registration Tool 或 Patient Identity Source 建立一個 Patient。
   根據在大會 kudu 系統註冊的 Registry、Repository 的名稱命名 Patient 的名稱組，由這些角色組成為 REGISTRY^REPOSITORY^L，L 代表 "文件生命週期管理"。

5. 驗證：
   It is likely that a Connectathon monitor will be assigned to find participants who support these options, visit these system to run the tests, and record pass/fail on a spreadsheet.
   Results will depend on which options the Doc Source supports.
   Connectathon monitor 將檢視 Document Registry 和 Document Repository 的 log 檔案和資料庫實體。以查詢 文件 在 目錄 中的證據。
   另外，使用一個 Document Consumer 調閱文件。
   Monitor 可以要求 Doc Source 即時演練這個選項一遍。
   對於在 附加 和 翻譯 案例中的 "第一個文件"，原始檔案的狀態保持不變( 已認可 )。
   對於在 取代 和 附加後取代 案例中的 "第二個文件"，原始檔案的狀態更變為 註銷 。而文件取代版本的狀態是 已認可，並且可被調閱。
